Group Training for March 2026 Liverpool FC International Academy Thailand

Over the past month, our young players have been training under the guidance of expert coaches, following a program specifically designed to develop their skills in every aspect of the game. This includes ball control, reading the game, teamwork, and on-pitch communication. Because being a great player is about more than just kicking a ball—it’s about understanding the game and growing with every single session.

Group Training — March 2026 Liverpool FC International Academy Thailand

LFC IA Thailand continued its Group Training programme throughout March 2026, delivering structured sessions built on the Liverpool FC International Academy’s five-pillar development framework: Technical, Tactical, Physical, Cognitive and Social.

On the Technical side, players worked on ball mastery, first touch, and passing under pressure through carefully designed activities that replicate real match situations. Every repetition was purposeful — building the habits and instincts that form the foundation of a complete footballer.

In the Tactical pillar, players were challenged to read the game, understand their positioning, and make smart decisions both on and off the ball. Coaches guided players through game-based scenarios, encouraging them to think ahead, anticipate movement, and understand how their individual actions affect the team as a whole.

Physical development was tailored to each player’s age and stage, focusing on agility, coordination, and endurance in a way that supports long-term athletic growth rather than short-term performance.

The Cognitive element pushed players to process information quickly, recognise patterns on the pitch, and make confident decisions under pressure — skills that separate good players from great ones.

Perhaps most importantly, the Social pillar reminded every player that football is a team sport. Communication, respect, accountability, and the ability to lift teammates — these qualities were as much a focus of March’s sessions as any technical drill.

At LFC IA Thailand, we believe that mistakes are part of the learning process, and that honest, positive feedback is the fuel for improvement. Our coaches are trained to create an environment where every player feels valued, challenged, and motivated to grow — session by session, week by week.

That is The Liverpool Way.
